Introduction
We are currently operating as a Nonprofit in Alabama under the legal name, Jobe: The Road to Healing. We have received our EIN number; We have applied for 501(c)3 status and will update this intro once we receive confirmation from the Federal Government.
The Team
Erica Naylor (President) is the initial mover in this journey. Her, along with her husband and three children, suffered the loss of Jobe on August 21, 2025. Upon this heartache, she realized that there needs to be something (anything) done to lift the financial burden of burying a child for parents who are suffering.
She also saw, first-hand, the process of having to ask for her baby’s body—a question no mother should have to ask—in order to spare her son the pathology lab lifecycle.
Moved with passion, she has taken on the mission; the road to healing.
