Meet the Team: Vivienne Ducote

Some Background: Vivienne Ducote has called the River Region home for the past 18 years, after growing up just north of Atlanta, Georgia. Raised in a large homeschooling family, she developed a strong foundation in faith, hard work, and service to others—values that continue to shape her life today.

Vivienne met her husband, Nick, as a teenager in church youth group, and the two married in 2012.

Together they are the proud parents of six children—five living and one in heaven.

Their children have inspired their commitment to building a strong family and community ties. Vivienne’s passion is to help other families do the same.

An active member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Wetumpka, AL, Vivienne serves through teaching Sunday school and singing in the parish choir. She also enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and supporting family-centered initiatives throughout the community.

At home, Vivienne thrives in creating a nurturing environment for her family while also pursuing her love for home renovation projects. She brings the same energy, creativity, and heart for service into her work with the organization Jobe: The Road to Healing.

She is dedicated to supporting families in their grief.

Vivienne has also felt a deep calling to walk with families who experience the devastating loss of a child in the womb. After losing her third baby, Henry, early in pregnancy, she and Nick faced one of the most painful moments of their lives.

In seeking help to honor Henry’s life with a proper burial, they were blessed to find support that brought them peace and healing.

That experience ignited Vivienne’s mission:

To ensure other families have access to the same comfort, dignity, and hope during such a difficult time.
